About this Course: Be Equitable’s Exploring Bias course is grounded in self-reflection. Participants explore how experiences and identities shape their biases and how those biases influence interactions and decision-making in the workplace and healthcare settings. The course also offers activities that teach learners techniques to mitigate their bias and develop empathy. Finally, participants are introduced to Be Equitable’s PAUSE model to disrupt and mitigate bias in their decision-making.
