This enduring material is an evidence-based interprofessional continuing education activity which focuses on the key concepts of implicit bias, its definition, how it affects behavior and impact the care of patients. This interactive course provides the learner opportunities to examine and reflect one's own biases and the possible effects of these biases on others as well as strategies to mitigate them in the clinical context.
