This SiTel course was created for education and competency of all MGUH pharmacists in order to support the MedStar "Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) Prophylaxis Protocol". This system level protocol is based on the "Dosing for Pharmacological VTE Prophylaxis by Patient-Specific Characteristics Clinical Practice Guideline" which is covered in detail in the module.
