The Anatomy of Care is an online service excellence tool designed to educate all hospital staff from doctors to nurses, clerical staff to patient transporters and environmental services employees. This tool teaches healthcare workers how their actions affect patient care, the overall image of a hospital, and the world of health care through the eyes of one another. (Two characters must be completed in order to successfully complete the Anatomy of Care course.)
