Objectives
- The MHUC Patient services University aims to train the associates within the MedStar Health Urgent Care Network that will register patients up front. This orientation is created by the MAS Revenue Cycle Team with the MHUC leaders and aims to decrease the frequency of errors occurring on the back end of the revenue cycle by properly training PSC roles. This orientation will encompass the revenue cycle basics, registration process, and patient experience to ensure that PSC roles are optimized for their roles.
