- Introduction to Leadership & Charge Nursing: Explore core leadership theories and the evolving role of the nurse leader, with emphasis on the responsibilities, challenges, and expectations of the charge nurse role.
- Communication, Collaboration, & Feedback: Learn effective strategies for clear communication, conflict resolution, interprofessional collaboration, and deliver and receive constructive feedback to support team cohesion and patient care.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making in Healthcare: Develop critical thinking and clinical judgment skills to assess complex situations, make sound decisions, and lead with confidence in high-pressure environments.
