Description
This activity provides a brief overview of how clinicians may be impacted by adverse events at work. Best practices for offering peer support and escalating to a higher level of support when needed will be reviewed.
This activity is comprised of a 1.5 hour live training session and a mandatory 1.0 hour on-demand pre-work module.
The on-demand pre-work module offers 1.00 Continuing Professional Education credits to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. The activity offers 1.0 credits on DC Health Priority topic "Healthcare Professional Retention and Capacity Building."
The live course session offers 1.50 Continuing Professional Education credits to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. The activity offers 1.5 credits on DC Health Priority topic "Healthcare Professional Retention and Capacity Building."
To claim the credits, the activity must be completed prior to November 13, 2028. Once your evaluation is complete, log on to CloudCME® from the SiTEL menu to the left of the page, and toggle to My CE > Transcript to access your CE transcript.
