Description
This course offers 4.5 Continuing Professional Education credits to physicians, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, dietitians and registered dietetic technicians, athletic trainers, psychologists, and social workers. To claim the credits, the course must be completed prior to December 2, 2026. Once your evaluation is complete, log on to CloudCME® from the SiTEL menu on the left side of the page, and toggle to My CE > Transcript to access your CE credits.
About this Course:
This live course teaches the fundamentals of the SMART Improvement Methodology and equips learners with practical tools to do improvement work. SMART 101 provides an introduction to MedStar Health’s Improvement Methodology, SMART. In the course, participants will learn practical skills and tools to complete performance improvement projects in their areas. This instructor led training (ILT) if offered in-person only and scheduled quarterly which has a minimum attendance requirement of 8 participants and a maximum capacity for 25 participants. Any event that does not meet the minimum attendance requirement will be cancelled and rescheduled for the next available course.
This course is in-person attendance required. Please note this course is not offered virtually. Also, future session date venues and locations may change. If you are enrolled in a session where the venue and location must be changed, you will be notified via email to your SiTEL account email address.
